Porsche Marie Holland, M.S. is a gifted Strategist, Consultant, and Speaker. Porsche, an active citizen and national service advocate is dedicated to seeing visionaries equipped to make lasting impact in their communities. Through dream sessions, consultation, and workshop facilitation Porsche delivers excellence in supporting visionary leaders on a mission.
Porsche has served with and contributed to the growth and expansion of several faith-based, national service, and community development efforts that touch thousands of people. Porsche’s passion for sustainable impact and lasting change will continue to uplift organizations and communities both locally and abroad. She is currently dedicated to impacting the shaping of young minds as an Adjunct Instructor of Civic Engagement at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Porsche holds a Masters of Science degree in Ministerial Leadership from Amridge University and a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Tuskegee University.
Dream Sessions
Helping clients achieve their goals is Porsche’s number one priority. Her work with ministry contributors, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders has resulted in the growth of several organizations and movements. She is committed to seeing such efforts influence healthy and thriving communities.
National Service Program Consulting
Porsche is a two-time AmeriCorps Alum and national service advocate. As a Consultant she supports national service program development from inception to sustainability.
Currently she supports the growing AmeriCorpsAbility Program in Philadelphia, PA. Now approaching it’s third service year, AmeriCorpsAbility, is the first national service program in Pennsylvania to serve and engage individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Ministry Service Consulting
Porsche’s contributions to ministry development began during her teenage years as a choir member (turned Director), usher, and on call volunteer. Through several years of serving in and leading ministries in her home church expertise in organizing, leadership training, and ministry structure developed.
Porsche has consistently taken on roles leading ministry teams, creating curriculum, teaching, training, and supporting ministry infrastructure. Her experience in building and leading choirs/praise teams and developing youth, college, and women’s ministries dates over 12 years impacting half a dozen churches across four cities.
