Early sessions will be dedicated to ministry team surveying and an overall ministry evaluation (assessment of ministry health, needs, and service relevance/impact). After feedback is gathered support will be offered for mapping (or updating) ministry leader and volunteer handbooks. We will conclude with a detailed ministry volunteer action plan and tools for effective ministry team management. Teamwork is KEY to the success of any consulting project so expect regular check-ins and updates throughout the process.
