Early sessions will be dedicated to member and host site partner surveying and an overall program evaluation (planning for budding programs). After feedback is gathered support will be offered for mapping (or updating) programmatic structure, the program manual, and handbooks. We will conclude with a detailed action plan for program staff and tools for effective member and partner management. Teamwork is KEY to the success of any consulting project so expect regular check-ins and updates throughout the process.
